FC Platinum striker Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya will be looking to continue with his fine form when his side takes on ZPC Kariba at Mandava stadium this Saturday.
The forward is starting to strike a rich vein of form after a slow start to the season.
Ngwenya struck a brace for the Warriors developmental side against Mozambique while on national duty in South Africa at the COSAFA Cup.
In the local league, he has managed to find the back of the net five times this season and all these strikes have come in the last eight games after a slow start to the season.
The former Guinea Fowl student scored 10 goals in his breakthrough season with FC Platinum, before following it up with another seven goals two years later.
Injury derailed his progress last season and he was only limited to 10 matches and managed to score four goals.
With the international break over, the 22-year-old striker will be looking to continue with his good form this Saturday at Mandava Stadium when FC Platinum host a stubborn ZPC Kariba side.
FC Platinum have found the back of the net just nine times this season, but Ngwenya has scored more than half of those goals and head coach, Norman Mapeza will be looking to the forward to unlock a determined ZPC Kariba side.
