Ngezi face Bosso at Baobab

MISFIRING defending champions Ngezi Platinum face another stern test of character when they host early pacesetters Highlanders at Baobab Stadium on Saturday.
The defending champions have had a slow start to their title defence after winning just one match, drawing two and losing two matches in the process.
The Mhondoro-based side will be hoping to bounce back to winning ways after losing 2-1 to Green Fuel in their previous encounter.
That is, however, easier said than done as they face log leaders Highlanders who are yet to lose this season and also one of the few sides to beat the champions at their home ground last season.
Highlanders seem to have dealt with the missing link as they have found a way to score goals that were elusive last season.
Led by strikers Brighton Ncube and Lynoth Chikuhwa who have scored three goals apiece, Highlanders are scoring for fun in sharp contrast to Ngezi Platinum who have scored just two goals.
In other matches on Saturday, new boys Bikita Minerals host unpredictable Bulawayo Chiefs at Sakubva Stadium, while Chicken Inn take on Green Fuel at Luveve with Herentals and Manica Diamonds battling at Rufaro Stadium.
On Sunday, Dynamos make a short trip to Shamva for a date against Simba Bhora at Wadzanayi Stadium.
The match promises to be a cracker with Simba Bhora coached by former Dynamos gaffer Tonderai Ndiraya, while the team is laden with players who once donned the famous blue shirt.
On the other hand, DeMbare needs maximum points to appease their fans after just one win in five matches this season.
In other matches set for Sunday, Chegutu Pirates date Hwange at Baobab Stadium, CAPS United entertains ZPC Kariba at Rufaro Stadium, while Arenel Movers welcome former champions FC Platinum at Luveve.
The last match of the weekend will see TelOne taking on Yadah at Bata Stadium in Gweru.
