ZIMBABWE women’s cricket team, the Lady Chevrons, are gearing up for their first-ever tour of Pakistan, with a six-match white-ball series set to begin this Sunday at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.

The series comes with high expectations for a revamped Zimbabwe side, as the Lady Chevrons look to make an impact on an unfamiliar territory.
The tour carries significance for both teams.

The three One Day Internationals will count towards the 2025-2029 ICC Women’s Championship, giving Zimbabwe an opportunity to secure valuable points in the sport’s premier 50-over competition.

For Pakistan, the three T20 Internationals that follow will serve as important preparation ahead of the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup.

The Lady Chevrons have undergone notable changes ahead of the tour, with selectors naming a reshaped 15-player squad that includes several young and emerging players.

Zimbabwe will be aiming to bounce back after a 3-0 ODI series defeat against New Zealand in March.

However, they face a tough challenge against a Pakistan side that has been steadily improving on the international stage.
