FC Platinum midfielder, Brian Banda, has died,
He was 29.
The attacking midfielder was involved in a car accident this Sunday along the Zvishavane- Bulawayo highway and died on the spot.
FC Platinum confirmed the sad development on their social media handle.
Brian Banda joined FC Platinum from Highlanders in 2020 and won one league title with the Zvishavane-based side as well as the Chibuku Super Cup.
He also won the 2019 Chibuku Super Cup with Bosso.
The burial arrangement will be announced in due course.
