Zimbabwe has rewritten its pageantry history after crowning seven beauty queens who will represent the nation at some of the world’s most prestigious international pageants, marking a significant milestone for the country’s modelling and beauty industry.
The historic crowning ceremony took place at the Hippodrome in Harare, where the Miss Universe Zimbabwe organisation unveiled a new generation of ambassadors following a fiercely contested grand finale.
The glittering event brought to a close months of preparation, intensive challenges and interviews, with 18 finalists competing for the opportunity to represent Zimbabwe on the global stage.
Roseanna Hall emerged as the evening’s biggest winner after being crowned Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2026. She received the crown from outgoing queen Lyshanda Moyas and will go on to represent Zimbabwe at the Miss Universe pageant in Puerto Rico later this year.
In a move that further expands Zimbabwe’s presence on the international pageantry circuit, the organisation also unveiled six additional title holders who will represent the country at leading global competitions.
Virginia Tlou Nyambe was crowned Miss Intercontinental Zimbabwe, while Jemima Mandemwa secured the Top Model title.
Ruvimbo Njomboro was named Miss International Zimbabwe, Nicole Nyawera was crowned Miss Supranational Zimbabwe, and Malaika Mushandu earned the Miss Cosmo Zimbabwe title.
Brunnette Makanyiso completed the line-up after being selected to represent Zimbabwe at the Miss World pageant.
