THE Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2026 competition has entered a new phase following the announcement of the top 30 finalists ahead of the grand finale set for June 6 in Harare.
This year’s line-up features a blend of experienced beauty queens, international models and media personalities, setting the stage for a highly competitive contest.
Former Miss Zimbabwe, Malaika Mushandu, headlines the finalists after previously reaching the Top 15 at Miss World and winning the World Supermodel title in 2016.
Also among the contestants is Miss Eco International Zimbabwe 2025, Sindiso Ndlovu, alongside Miss Cosmo Top 10 finalist Ruvimbo Njomboro.
Jemima Mandemwa, who has represented Zimbabwe at several international pageants including Miss Planet International and Miss Environment International, is also in contention for the crown.
The competition further features reigning Miss Teen of the Universe Zimbabwe, Victoria Ncube, ZBC News anchor Monalisa Dube, and Miss Zimbabwe Open University 2024, Joylene Madombwe.
Organisers say the winner of this year’s pageant is expected to build on the success of reigning Miss Universe Zimbabwe, Lyshanda Moyas, who secured a Top 30 finish at the Miss Universe 2025 competition.
The Miss Universe Zimbabwe finals will be held in Harare on June 6.
