FORMER Manicaland Governor and Resident Minister Cde Tinaye Chigudu has died.
He died in Harare this Wednesday.
Cde Chigudu, who once served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs, rose through the ranks as a ZIPRA cadre after receiving military training in North Korea.
He was honoured by the Second Republic alongside Colonel Retired Joel Samuel Mazhambe and Cde Shadreck Chipanga for being among the pioneers of the liberation struggle.
