ZANU PF President and First Secretary, Dr Emmerson Mnangagwa, is presiding over the party’s quarterly Central Committee meeting in Harare today.
Convened in accordance with the party’s constitution, the meeting is expected to consider a range of key organisational matters, including preparations for this year’s ZANU PF National People’s Conference, which will be hosted in Mashonaland West Province.
The Central Committee is also scheduled to receive reports from the party’s various thematic committees covering different sectors.
Meanwhile, the party’s National Consultative Assembly is expected to meet on Friday at the ZANU PF Headquarters as preparations for the annual conference gather momentum.
