HARARE – NAMIBIAN President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, accompanied by First Gentleman Lieutenant General Epaphras Denga Ndaitwah, is meeting SADC Chairperson President Emmerson Mnangagwa at State House in Harare this Tuesday.
The high-level engagement is expected to strengthen the long-standing bilateral relations between Zimbabwe and Namibia, which are rooted in a shared history of the liberation struggle and cooperation within regional and multilateral fora.
President Nandi-Ndaitwah, who assumed office on March 21, this year as Namibia’s fifth and first female President, is undertaking an official working visit to Zimbabwe as part of her ongoing familiarisation tour of the region.
