Must-win match as Chevrons look to keep series alive

ZIMBABWE narrowly lost the first T20i and are looking to save the series with a win this Saturday.

A victory over the Asians will tie the series ahead of the decider on Sunday.

Chevrons’ head coach, Justin Sammons, has called for positive batting.

“We were positive in the first match, and we want to continue that way. There were a few dismissals trying positive shots. I don’t mind that, and I will keep encouraging that because at the end of the day, it is only about execution and we will get it right,” he said.

The Chevrons welcome back veteran batter Brendan Taylor and bowler Wellington Masakadza, who missed the first T20i with an injury.
