GOSPEL musician, Sebastian Magacha continues to nurture youth talent, with his new single, Mudziyo featuring students from a local primary School in Harare drawing online attention.
The latest offering is gaining traction online, garnering over 40 000 views in just three days.
Most interestingly, the song features two young emerging musicians; Nadia Chibinjana and Citah Angel, who are students at Chivaraidze Primary School in Harare.
It was a very nice experience because it was my first time. I didn’t know anything and he just chose me and I thank God for that experience,” Chibinjana said.
“It was so good singing for the first time and I liked it because the song teaches me something, that I am an instrument of God,” Angel added.
The gospel crooner is aiming to continue nurturing children into music production.
“The song is titled Mudziyo and it’s Biblically inspired and motivated by the word of God, also as an advocate for young children I felt important to do this song,” Magacha said.
As the school year officially begins, Mudziyo looks to serve as an inspiration to all schoolgoers throughout the country.
