WALTER Magaya, leader of Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries, has filed an application at the Harare Magistrates’ Court seeking referral of his rape allegations case to the Constitutional Court.
A ruling on the application is expected on Wednesday.
The charges relate to alleged incidents said to have occurred between 2016 and 2023 involving four complainants, all of whom were either congregants of the church or employees linked to institutions associated with Magaya.
