Pastors-For-ED engages ZANU PF Harare provincial leadership

Story by Bruce Chahwanda, Political Editor

In a bid to ensure a resounding victory for the revolutionary ZANU PF party in the forthcoming elections, party structures and affiliates are on the ground mobilising voters for the harmonised elections.

Pastors-For-ED Harare province met with ZANU PF provincial leadership this Tuesday to get an understanding of the work at hand.

The founder of Pastors for ED, Evangelist Idirashe Dongo said, “We are meeting with the provincial leadership to get a deeper understanding of what is expected out of us as an affiliate, while we also tell them our plans towards mobilising voters for the ruling party.”

ZANU PF Harare provincial chairman, Cde Godwills Masimirembwa said, “‘”We have men of cloth here rallying behind President Emmerson Mnangagwa because of the work he has done few years into the office. We are also saying come election time, everyone must vote for ZANU PF.”

Stakeholders at the meeting concurred that the number of ZANU PF affiliates has proved the popularity of the party and this should be reflected in the coming elections.

Zimbabweans have witnessed major infrastructure projects across the country such as road rehabilitation, rural industrialisation, setting up of the Manhize steel plant and lithium mining projects which are creating massive employment opportunities for the citizenry.
