THE fourth edition of the CAF African Schools Championship gets underway in Harare this Monday with opening matches set for Gateway High School.
The tournament begins with a West African derby as Senegal take on Benin in the Under-15 boys’ category at 9am.
At the same time, Tanzania will face Burkina Faso in the girls’ section.
Hosts Zimbabwe will see their Under-15 girls’ team in action at midday against continental heavyweights Morocco, while the boys’ side kicks off their campaign at 14:25hrs against Uganda.
The competition, which showcases emerging football talent from across the continent, will run throughout the week, with the final scheduled for Ngoni Stadium in Norton on Friday.
