SADC Executive Secretary Mr Elias Magosi has paid a courtesy call on SADC Chairperson President Emmerson Mnangagwa at State House in Harare this Thursday, ahead of the Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State set for Mt Hampden this Friday.
The Extraordinary Summit is meant to discuss the volatile situation in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) where M23 rebels are tightening their grip on Goma, the largest city in the region.
An emergency virtual extraordinary SADC Troika Summit was also held in Tanzania this Tuesday to discuss the crisis.
