THE President Dr Emmerson Mnangagwa has toured Sweden Medical Centre in Ghana which specialises in cancer treatment, as he concluded a fruitful three-day state visit to the West African nation.

The three-day state visit culminated in the signing of 10 Memoranda of Understanding in tourism, health, agriculture, education and waste management, among others, with calls to ensure full implementation of the agreements.

During the state visit, the head of state implored young people across the continent to emulate African luminaries such as the late Dr Kwame Nkrumah who sacrificed their all for the independence of African states.

The visit rekindled the excellent bilateral relations between Zimbabwe and Ghana, which date back to the two countries’ liberation struggles.
