ZIMBABWE is set to host reigning world champions India in a three-match T20 International series, scheduled for July at the Harare Sports Club.
Zimbabwe Cricket confirmed the fixtures will be played on July 23, 25 and 26.
The series comes at a time when Zimbabwe are building momentum following a strong campaign at the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, where they reached the Super Eight stage after topping their group unbeaten.
The two sides met during the global showpiece in Chennai, while India’s previous tour to Zimbabwe in July 2024 attracted significant local and international interest.
Zimbabwe Cricket Managing Director Givemore Makoni says hosting the world champions presents a valuable opportunity for the Chevrons to test their strength against elite opposition, while also giving fans a chance to experience high-quality international cricket.
