ZIMBABWE women’s football champions Herentals Queens will be aiming to secure their first CAF Women’s Champions League berth when they compete at the 2026 CAF Women’s Champions League COSAFA Qualifiers in Gaborone, Botswana, next month.
The regional qualifiers will be held from 20 to 29 August, with the official draw scheduled for 21 July.
The tournament marks Herentals Queens’ third appearance at the COSAFA qualifiers, with the Zimbabwean champions hoping to make the breakthrough and qualify for Africa’s premier women’s club competition.
Hosts Botswana will also have plenty to play for, with defending champions Gaborone United seeking to retain the regional title on home soil.
