BULAWAYO – BULAWAYO province is set to host the inaugural Women’s Conference, which is set to empower women in business.
Addressing the media this Thursday, the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Honourable Judith Ncube said the conference in partnership with the Bulawayo City Council will be held at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) from September 3 to September 5, 2025.
“As we went around different countries, we saw how they work and do their things, hence, by this conference, we want to adopt the same approach. We want to empower the businesswomen in Bulawayo. We are calling all businesswomen to partake,” Honourable Ncube said.
She added that the three-day event would feature exhibitions from diverse business sectors, providing an opportunity for participants to network and form partnerships.
