THE Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) has released the June 2024 Ordinary and Advanced Level results.
In a media briefing in Harare this Tuesday, ZIMSEC Board Chair Professor Paul Mapfumo said Ordinary Level students demonstrated notable improvement, achieving a pass rate of 4.44%, a significant increase from the 0.46% pass rate recorded in June last year.
The Advanced Level results presented a contrasting picture, with the pass rate declining substantially to 31.67%, down from the 75.89% achieved in June 2023, representing a 44.22% decrease in the overall pass rate.
Candidate can start accessing their results online from mid-day using the ZIMSEC website www.zimsec.co.zw.
Heads of schools can start collecting results from ZIMSEC regional offices this Wednesday.
