CASTLE Lager Premier Soccer League champions Scottland are in South Africa this weekend, as they take on Kaizer Chiefs in the Toyota Cup.
The Mabvuku side touched down in South Africa on Friday and went straight into training as they put the finishing touches to their preparations for Sunday’s clash.
The two sides will meet at the newly refurbished Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace in Rustenburg, with kickoff set for three o’clock on Sunday afternoon.
It’s a special occasion for the venue too, marking its return to football after three years away from the game following extensive renovations.
Scottland go into the match with two familiar faces set for emotional homecomings: Knowledge Musona and Khama Billiat both once wore the Kaizer Chiefs jersey.
For Scottland, this is more than just a friendly; the club sees it as vital preparation ahead of their CAF Champions League campaign.
