GUTU EAST-VOTING has commenced in Gutu East Constituency, with polling stations opening at 7 a.m. The people of Gutu East are exercising their constitutional right to elect a representative to the National Assembly.
Gutu East Constituency Elections Officer, Mr Enerst Mukwidzwa, confirmed that the voting process began smoothly at all 56 polling stations situated across the constituency’s 10 wards.
Three candidates are contesting the Gutu East parliamentary seat: Zvarevashe Masvingise of ZANU PF, independent candidate Gift Gonese, and Zivanai Nzvenga of the National Constitutional Assembly (NCA) party.
