FORMER Scottland coach, Tonderai Ndiraya has set his sights on earning another coaching cap next season, and he is confident that his impressive track record will help him achieve his goal.

The seasoned coach is basking in the glory of being named the 2025 PSL Coach of the Year, and he is not looking back.

Ndiraya made history this season by becoming the first Zimbabwean coach to win two league titles in a row with two different clubs.

He guided Simba Bhora to the 2024 championship and then led Scottland to a debut title win in 2025, a feat last achieved by Black Rhinos in 1984.

Despite parting ways with Scottland soon after the PSL season ended, Ndiraya remains optimistic about his future.

“I am in talks with several clubs, and I am confident that I will soon ink a deal that will take my career to the next level,” he said.

Ndiraya’s coaching prowess is no stranger to Zimbabwean football, having previously guided Ngezi Platinum Stars to second-place with 15 points left to play in 2018 and led Dynamos to a third-place finish in 2022.
