Nakamba, Hadebe and Chirewa pay courtesy call on President Mnangagwa

WARRIORS captain Marvelous Nakamba, defender Teenage Hadebe and emerging midfielder Tawanda Chirewa paid a courtesy call on President Dr Emmerson Mnangagwa in Harare on Friday.

The meeting comes as the Zimbabwe national football team intensifies preparations for upcoming international assignments, with the players taking time to engage with the Head of State and Government.

 

Following the visit, England-born Chirewa took to social media to express his appreciation, describing the opportunity to meet President Mnangagwa as an honour.

The Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder also pledged his commitment to contributing to the growth and development of football in Zimbabwe.

The visit by Nakamba, Hadebe and Chirewa highlights growing momentum around the Warriors, with players continuing to demonstrate their dedication to representing the nation and helping advance the development of the game.
