President Emmerson Mnangagwa will not be attending this year’s United Nations General Assembly in New York, United States, due to a packed programme in the last quarter of the year.
In a statement, Deputy Chief Secretary Presidential Communications, Mr George Charamba said the President’s address at the General Assembly will be delivered by Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister, Ambassador Frederick Shava, who is already in New York.
