JUSTINE Ngoshi, 38, has been remanded in custody after being accused of misappropriating US$10 000 in rental funds meant for Belgravia Farm and a City shop.
It is the State’s case that between July 31, 2025, and February 28, 2026, Ngoshi collected the cash, which was supposed to be handed over to Sawyer and Mkushi Legal Practitioners.
Instead, he is alleged to have diverted the money for personal use, prompting authorities to arrest him.
Ngoshi was remanded in custody and is expected back in court on April 14.
