Body of athlete Takunda Kanchi arrives in Zim for burial

THE body of athlete, Takunda Kanchi, who tragically drowned in Kamloops Lake, Canada, on August 23, is now in the country ahead of burial.

Born in 2000, Kanchi represented Zimbabwe at the youth level, including at the U20 Africa Athletics Youth Championship.

The former youth international competed in 100m, long and high jump and was based in Canada.
