FC Platinum are banking on history in their quest to claim their first win of the 2025 Castle Lager Premiership season when they face Simba Bhora at Wadzanayi Stadium this Saturday.
It will be a dog-eat-dog affair when two titans, FC Platinum and defending champions, Simba Bhora clash at Wadzanayi Stadium in Shamva this Saturday.
The Zvishavane-based side was the only team to come out with three points at Wadzanayi Stadium last season and is eager to repeat the feat.
Known for their passing football, FC Platinum are keen to press harder for the victory.
“We were very fortunate to watch them play last weekend against Dynamos, and I admit that they are a very good side with quality. We managed to identify areas they lack and where they are strong. All in all, we are ready to face them, and I am impressed with the mentality being shown by my boys in training. We will go there with the same desire and positive mind, and come back with full points,” said FC Platinum head coach, Norman Mapeza.
Judging by history, FC Platinum are the favourites going into this encounter after winning three of their four encounters against Simba Bhora.
