When these miners rise, communities are revived, families are empowered, and local economies flourish. So how can small-scale miners and SMEs seize this golden hour?

Form cooperatives, clusters, or local partnerships. Together, small miners can share equipment, processing plants, and buyers. Unity builds strength, and collective bargaining attracts investors.

Don’t just dig gold, process, refine, and create. Setting up small milling or refining centers, even at community level, keeps more wealth inside Zimbabwe.

Gold is not only in the ore, it is in the entire value chain:

– Providing transport and security
– Offering catering, fuel, and maintenance services
Every business linked to mining can shine in this boom.
