Minister Nyoni also invited Ms Mummad to the 15th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands (COP15) that will take place in July 2025 in Victoria Falls.
Ms Mummad accepted the invitation and offered her country’s support in ensuring the conference is a success.
COP15 will not only put Zimbabwe in the spotlight, its management of wetlands but will be the subject of both local and international dialogue.
