VP Dr Mohadi, attends former Botswana President Festus Mogae’s memorial service

VICE President Colonel (Rtd) Dr Kembo Mohadi is representing President Dr Emmerson Mnangagwa at the memorial service of former Botswana President Festus Mogae, currently underway at the University of Botswana main auditorium in Gaborone.

The Botswana President Duma Gideon Boko, is also attending the ceremony, joined by several representatives from different countries who are attending the proceedings, which began this morning.

The late former President Mogae was renowned for championing economic development and advancing HIV and AIDS programmmes that benefited millions across Africa.

He will be laid to rest this Saturday at Phomolong Memorial Park in Gaborone.
