GOSPEL music enthusiasts are in for a spiritual and musical treat this weekend, as Vocal Extraordinaire, a renowned inter-denominational gospel music group, stages the Sixth Edition of the Next Chapter Concert in Bulawayo.
The much-anticipated gospel concert will see Bulawayo come alive this Saturday, with a huge cast of both local and international artists billed to perform.
Organisers’ representative Nomqhele Dube said they are excited to spice up the 6th edition with South African gospel singer and Metro FM musical awards winner Xolly Mncwango.
“We are excited as Vocal X to host the award-winning Xolly Mncwango from SA. In the past, we have hosted artists like Everton Mlalazi, Sipho Snowy, and Lorraine. Vocal X continues to bring in new people, that is why it is called The New Chapter.”
Local gospel artists Snowy, Tehilla Testament, Spirit Praise Choir, Lorraine Maplanka and Faith will also perform at the concert.
