PRESIDENT Emmerson Mnangagwa is today set to officially commission the newly completed NatPharm Pharmaceutical Warehouse in Mutare, a state-of-the-art facility designed to strengthen Zimbabwe’s medical supply chain and improve the distribution of essential medicines across Manicaland Province and Zimbabwe as a whole.
The warehouse, which forms part of the government’s ongoing efforts to modernise health infrastructure under the Second Republic, will serve as a key logistics hub linking national pharmaceutical supplies to rural and urban health centres in the eastern region.
The new facility is equipped with modern cold chain systems, expanded storage capacity, and digital stock management technologies, all aimed at ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of drugs to health institutions.
