PRESIDENT Emmerson Mnangagwa has sworn in the new Minister of Environment, Climate and Wildlife, Honourable Evelyn Ndlovu and Minister of State for Matabeleland South Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Honourable Albert Nguluvhe at State House in Harare this Tuesday.

Honourable Ndlovu is not new to Cabinet as she was the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education before her deployment to Matabeleland South.

She expressed her readiness to fulfill her new mandate.

“The President is expecting me to implement policy because the policies are there, but we need implementation. That is what I am assigned to do,” she said.

Before his appointment, Honourable Nguluvhe was a legislator in the Parliament of Zimbabwe, and at one time he worked for a very long time in the President’s Department.
