PRESIDENT Emmerson Mnangagwa has commissioned three strategic projects at Nyamuroro High School at Mutora Business Centre in Gokwe as part of the country’s 45th Independence Celebrations.
The projects include the Presidential Internet Scheme with a fully furnished computer laboratory, star link gadgets and laptops among other accessories.
The Environment patron, First Lady Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa joined President Mnangagwa, top government officials and school children in planting a variety of trees at Nyamuroro High School’s orchard which comprises a business unit with horticultural products.
Today’s event also saw the establishment of a Trabablas Arboretum, which is a combination of indigenous tree species to be used for educational and research purposes.
The President’s entourage included the First Lady, Vice President General (Retired) Dr Constantino Chiwenga and his wife Colonel Miniyothabo Chiwenga as well as cabinet Ministers.
