Zimbabwe’s hopes are soaring at the 16th Miss Supranational competition in Poland, with the country’s representative, Nicole Nyawera, delivering an outstanding performance ahead of this Friday’s grand finale.

Zimbabwe’s own queen Nicole is making the nation proud, emerging as one of Africa’s standout contestants at the Miss Supranational 2026 competition in Poland.

The 26-year-old registered nurse and maternal health advocate has recorded two major continental achievements in less than a week, placing Zimbabwe firmly among the competition’s frontrunners.

Nyawera arrived in Poland determined to fly the Zimbabwean flag high. She immediately impressed delegates and pageant enthusiasts during the official sashing ceremony with her elegance, confidence and poise.

Nyawera has so far earned the Miss Supra Influencer Africa title after attracting more than 62 thousand reactions on Facebook, securing her place among the Global Top 20 in the digital challenge.

She has also excelled in the prestigious Supra Model of the Year competition on Sunday afternoon, finishing among the Top Two contestants in Africa alongside Zambia, further cementing Zimbabwe’s growing influence at this year’s pageant.

Nicole Nyawera’s achievements have placed Zimbabwe within touching distance of a fast-track place in the Top 24 semi-finals. Victory in either of the global challenge finals would automatically secure her place before the preliminary judging concludes.

The Miss Supranational grand finale takes place this Friday, in Nowy Sącz, Poland.

As Zimbabwe rallies behind its representative, supporters at home and across the diaspora are being encouraged to continue voting on the official Miss Supranational platform as the nation bids to bring home one of international pageantry’s most coveted crowns.
