THE body of the late national hero, Brigadier General (Retired) Shadreck Ndabambi will lie in state at his farm in Glendale, Mashonaland Central province ahead of burial at the National Heroes Acre in Harare this Wednesday.
The body of the late Brigadier General arrived in Glendale late Tuesday afternoon, accompanied by his wife, Senia Ndabambi.
It was received by Mashonaland Central Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Honourable Christopher Magomo, Politburo Member Cde Kenneth Musanhi, senior ZANU PF and government officials.
Mashonaland Central Permanent Secretary, Mr. Timothy Maregere said 10 buses have been provided to ferry mourners from the province to the national shrine in Harare.
Burial is scheduled to take place at the National Heroes Acre in Harare this Wednesday.
