WARRIORS vice-captain Marshall Munetsi continues to shine after registering his first assist in the French League One this season for Stade de Reims in a 4-2 loss to Nice on Saturday.
Munetsi was one of the top performers in foreign-based Warriors at the weekend with a solid display in the midfield despite his side Stade de Reims falling 4-2 against Nice.
The defensive midfielder, who has three goals to his name this season, registered an assist in the 71st minute when Reims reduced the score line to 3-2, but they would concede again in the dying stages of the match.
Meanwhile, midfielder Trey Nyoni continues with his good form after coming in the 79th minute and got himself an assist with a brilliant pass to Chiesa on the stroke of the fulltime as Liverpool cruised into the FA Cup fourth round via a routine 4-0 win over Accrington Stanley on Saturday afternoon.
Also, Zimbabwean professional footballer, Brendan Galloway put one of his best individual performances of the season to his championship strugglers, Plymouth Argyle as they shocked Premier League side, Brentford FC one-nil.
Galloway played 81 minutes as he put in a solid defensive shift at the back of Plymouth.
The Zimbabwean international defender’s impressive display in the FA Cup comes after he was named in the English Championship team of the week after his good performance against Stoke City.
