ZIMBABWE’S representatives in the CAF Champions League COSAFA Qualifiers, Herentals Queens, are in buoyant mood ahead of their first match against FC Ongos of Namibia set for this Thursday in Blantyre, Malawi.
Herentals Queens popularly known as The Students, are making a debut at the regional tournament after being crowned the Women’s Premier Soccer League champions last season.
Drawn in Group A, the Zimbabwean representatives will face stiff competition from formidable foes, the University of Western Cape from South Africa and Zambia’s Green Buffaloes.
