THE government has rolled out interventions to ensure price stability and facilitate the availability of basic goods.
In a post-cabinet media briefing in Harare this Tuesday, the Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, Senator Monica Mutsvangwa gave an update on the special committee tasked to ensure price stability and increased production.
Treasury has also assured the nation that the Zimbabwe dollar is still legal tender.
Cabinet also announced that Zimbabwe will this month hold the 2023 edition of the Culture Month celebrations.
Some of the key takeaways from the cabinet meeting this week include the approval of a forestry policy, carbon credit trading framework, a report on the cholera outbreak, the continuous growth of the SMEs sector and a report on the High-Level Arrears and Debt Resolution Meeting, among other issues.
