Speaking at the official opening of the conference this Wednesday, the Deputy Minister of Sport, Arts and Recreation, Honourable Tinoda Machakaire commended the JCI for implementing programmes that are promoting youth participation in economic development.

“It is important to note that JCI Zimbabwe has been playing a major role towards youth empowerment and ensuring access to resources and equal opportunities to advance their social and economic development,” he said.

“In this regard, JCI has furthermore, continued to partner the government in promoting mental health as the country pursues the fight against drug and substance abuse,” he also said.
