FORMER Deputy Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Mr Justin Mupamhanga has died.
Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Permanent Secretary Mr Nick Mangwana confirmed Mr Mupamhanga’s death in a message on his X handle this morning.
In its condolence message, Kuvimba Mining House where he served as Board Chairperson said throughout his tenure, Mr Mupamhanga demonstrated extraordinary dedication, wisdom, and passion, shaping the company’s mission and inspiring everyone around him.
It added that under his leadership, Kuvimba Mining House achieved remarkable milestones, grew in resilience, and strengthened its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community impact.
Funeral arrangements are to be announced in due course.
