The funeral service of veteran actor, Sello Motloung, is taking place at Alexandra in Johannesburg today.
53-year-old Motloung collapsed last Sunday at his home and was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
Motloung has a career spanning more than 20 years in television, film and theatre.
He appeared in shows such as Backstage, Mamello and Ring of Lies, among others.
Motloung was hailed for the way he carried his characters since his days of playing ‘Sajene Kokobela’ in the 2001 TV show, Nna Sajene Kokobela.
Motloung also starred in several theatre productions since the 1990s such as Street Cleaners, The Awakening and The Good Woman of Sharkville.
