Jamaican Roots Reggae musician, Winston Rodney, affectionately known by his legion of fans as Burning Spear is now in Zimbabwe.
He touched down at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport this afternoon ahead his One People Africa Tour where he will perform at the Glamis arena in Harare this Friday.
The reggae sensation is also expected to visit Rastafarian communities along with a tour of the museum of African liberation.
Burning Spear is renowned for classic hits such as “Marcus Garvey,” “Slavery Days,” and “Man in the Hills,’’ not forgetting songs from his latest album like “No Destroyer”, which has just been nominated for a Grammy Award.
