THE City of Victoria Falls is hosting a delegation from Phalaborwa Municipality of South Africa, as part of the Trans-Limpopo Spatial Development Initiative (TLSDI).
The two municipalities are working towards formalising a twinning arrangement, more than two decades after Zimbabwe and South Africa signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2001 to advance cross-border development.
The engagement which is supported by the Ministry of Local Government and Public Works, underscores the importance of sub-national collaboration in driving inclusive and sustainable development across the region.
