Malawian President, Dr Lazarus Chakwera met with his counterpart, President Emmerson Mnangagwa at State House this Friday afternoon ahead of the 44th SADC Summit of Heads of State and Government.
Dr Chakwera said as Zimbabwe takes over the SADC chairmanship, he expects that the region will continue to rally behind its leadership to ensure the regional integration agenda becomes a reality.
He also emphasised the need for Africa to first work on promoting intra-African trade
