PRESIDENT Emmerson Mnangagwa has returned home from the Kingdom of Eswatini, where he officially opened the 57th edition of the Eswatini International Trade Fair on Saturday.
During the visit, President Mnangagwa underscored that the platform provided a vital opportunity for Zimbabwe to showcase investment opportunities in key sectors, including agriculture, mining, tourism, renewable energy, and infrastructure development.
The President’s engagement in Eswatini came on the back of earlier diplomatic missions to the Vatican and China, which he described as critical to strengthening existing bilateral and multilateral relations.
On arrival at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, President Mnangagwa was received by Vice President General (Rtd) Dr Constantino Chiwenga, Vice President Cde Kembo Mohadi, senior government ministers, and service chiefs.
