THE Zimbabwe Defence Forces has distanced itself from the actions of retired and former Air Force of Zimbabwe officer, Group Captain Boncace Mwakorera.
In a statement, the ZDF noted that it is not associated with actions of the former officer, adding that the force values discipline and commitment to protecting national security and interests.
The ZDF further clarified that Mwakorera retired from the Air Force in May 2021, hence the media must not refer to him as a serving member of the force.
