Bosso CEO, Sihlangu Dlodlo laid to rest

PEOPLE from all walks of life thronged Lady Stanley cemetery for the burial of Highlanders chief executive officer, Sihlangu Dlodlo who died last Monday.

Dlodlo who had a career spanning across different sectors, was remembered as a man who thrived to do his best and uplift the needy.

Family spokesperson Reverend Paul bayethe Damasane said Dlodlo will be remembered as a friend to all.

“Damasane Sihlangu was a selfless individual who was always in a jovial mood.He was only good at making you fantasize. He was everyone s favorite.”

Damasane added that Sihlangu also left footprints in the creative sector.

Highlanders board member Luke Mkandla said they have lost someone who was at the epicenter of running the clubs affairs.

“On behalf of the club, we are saddened by his departure. Today, we gather barely a few weeks after the demise of another club benefactor (Retired) Colonel Tshinga Dube. Sihlangu leaves a huge void in our club.”

With footprints in the creative industry, the arts fraternity has requested for Dlodlo to be honoured posthumously .

The late Highlanders chief, who was a marketing guru, is survived by wife Nokuthula and three children.
