BULAWAYO was set on fire this weekend through a summer activation show headlined by South Africa’s 22-year-old Amapiano music star, Nkosazana Daughter.
The South African Amapiano music star proved her mettle as she performed some of her best-loved hits including Sofa Silahlane and Dali Nguwe which the audience sang along to.
She also got an opportunity to interact with local stars who showcased what Zimbabwean creatives are made up of.
For local artists, the fusion of Zimbabwe and South Africa’s creative industries is vital in paving the way for future collaborations.
“As an upcoming artist, getting to share the stage with big stars like Nkosazana Daughter is just amazing,” said Mr Grey.
Jah Signal said, “Every opportunity to share the stage with our fellow South African artists is a learning curve for all of us.”
This is not the first time for the South African creative, Nkosazana daughter to perform in Zimbabwe as well as share the stage with Zimbabwean music stars.
